| So lets get started <S> | |
| Basic Image to use (for now, later you can use your own) This image is actually 640x480 but I gave it constraints in display so it would fit properly in the table. Right Click, Choose Copy. |

| Open 20/20 and choose Edit: Paste, As new Image. Choose Image in the top Tool Bar, Tile Effect. Now again go to Edit: Copy. Switch to PSP, choose Edit: Paste as new Image. | |

Resize the image to the following settings: Width 1024xHeight240 Uncheck the maintain aspect ratio |

| Go to your Layer Palette, Click on Backgroundlayer Choose: Convert to Raster; still in your Layer Palette choose: Duplicate. This is aproximately what it will look like <S> Yes it does look distorted |

| Now is the time to apply your Plugin Filters, go to effects at the bottom will be your plug-ins: Find DC Special and choose Rain. Select the settings of: 155 for drizzle and 10 for scatter. Click ok. |

| Back to Plugin Filters: This time find Simple and choose Diamonds. (this filter has no dialogue). | |
| Now click open your Layer Palette and move the slider for the Opacity to about 67 on the top layer. You should see some of the lower layer thru it now. Play with it and see what you prefer. Right click on a layer and choose: Merge, Visible. |

Now go to Colors, Colorize with these settings Hue 255 Saturation 40. This will be entirely too dark so we will treat it with the Adjust Brightness and Contrast settings (under Colors also) of 78for brightness and 3 for contrast. |

| In Order to give it better coloring you can now add a raster layer pull it below the merged layer and floodfill it with a white or extremely light color and reduce the opacity on the merged layer to let the background color show thru |
